Physio workshops for clubs and groups
I have run these talks for a number of years for clubs all over the country and they go down so well. They genuinely help to reduce the incidence of injuries for the athletes that attend and most of increase knowledge and confidence in injuries, shoes and training.
I started these workshops as result of my passion for getting the right information out to athletes rather than them have to rely on the conflicting information on the internet and social medial or being given poor information from companies trying to sell a products.
As a competitive runner and keen cyclist myself I understand sport and the drive, passion and desire to keep going. I understand what it feels like to be injured especially when it stops you performing as you want. I get the frustrations, the worry and apprehensions. As a qualified coach for over 12 years I also understand club training and coaching.
This experience combined with expertise as a Chartered Physiotherapist allows me to deliver meaningful and relevant content to clubs and groups with a true understanding of what the runners and triathletes do in their training.
I deliver the workshops in the evening and weekends both face to face and via zoom.

I'm based just outside of Tavistock, Devon so I'm happy to come to most clubs in the Devon and Cornwall area. For further afield I'm happy to discuss on an individual basis but more often than not I will run these as virtual workshops via zoom.
