Thank you to everyone who donated for today’s 10k. From today’s run and the book cover for Broken from which I’m donating all profits, we’ve raised almost £300 in just 3 months for Parkinson's UK and the local Tavistock group. I’ll be continuing to raise awareness for this often misunderstood and poorly recognised disease. Parkinson’s UK are a fantastic charity and the work the local groups do is fantastic. Like many charities they need us more than ever right now. Thank you again everyone.

Covid vaccination ☑️
This is a milestone moment. This is such an important time. I feel very honoured to receive my first vaccination today. I'm pleased to be able to help keep our patients and others safe. The NHS are doing an incredible job. Rolling out the vaccine on an unprecedented scale at the same time as  treating the ever growing number of patients presenting with acute illness during the pandemic. I'm proud to work for the NHS as a Physiotherapist.

giving back to the local community

Thought I’d give the local community basketball court some well needed fresh nets. Hopefully they will be enjoyed by many. I even shot a few hoops after putting them up. Basketball is a fast paced and skilful sport. Contra to popular belief you don't need to be 7ft tall to play either. It's great for fitness, applying plyometrics during jumps and layups and team work. There's lots of local team that play including the mighty Tavistock Titans. Give it a go.

What My Patients Are Saying

I can’t thank James enough. He always explains so informatively and is extremely thorough with his consultations. I always know I am in safe hands and can always ask any questions. I always leave feeling so positive and with knowledge on how I’m moving forward. The follow up emails reminding me of what exercises I need to do and extra information are invaluable. I thoroughly recommend.
